people just don had confidence that world leaders can do what is correct.
people want to hold cash or capital guarantee investment.

 Alert Admin 		Of course, we keep an open mind. Every path is the right path. Even those "guru's", we digest their thoughts, try relate, it might make sense at some point in this cycle. What they might be saying, in so far as Ren is concerned, with SB you are betting together with Ren. With FH, you are betting against Ren. I dare not la...

We keep all options open. Never know, when time is right, I will reinvest in this stock.

Fair engouh you shared your thoughts and hence the reasons of yours and your friend ' s divesting from YZJF. It' s ok, it is reasonable that if we don' t feel that the company would not live up to our expectation, we should divest. As long as don' t be like some " gurus" , whose speciality is capital reduction / privatisation or some who seems to always picking winners only and they are so generous to offer their uncolicited views. But I think we always welcome all views though.

Thanks for your helpful analogies. I' ve been testing this stock for i/r speculations against my other " safe" baskets of 7 S-Reits, DBS [amazing gains!!], BOC and even my CSI300 ETF. All gained since, good that they are safe balances against my high holdings of YZJSB & CN Tech. Those " safe" stocks will re-rate upwards as rates ease, they are certainly bouncing around now from the rumours, Elastic. (conservatively, I can wait till next year, no need re-rate mid year).

So over last few months, I noticed FH is Inelastic to such sensitivities. I can only guess owing to its uncertain NPAT for next few years, as it goes thru generative learning to meander any new business. Meaning we are not even sure it can sustain 2.2c for next 3 years. Far from my earlier lowest acceptable ave of 2.8c. I prefer not to bet on higher NPAT..... Or all the financial engineering going on to just keep price from falling (or rising).....

Sold 400k shares over the week [I hold token amts now, < 3% of liquid funds], while my close friend took out 1m. If it helps anyone here, our counterparties were Goldman, Amro and Kayhian. Optimist here might want speculate that US funds are buying..... Happy investing guys.

All move up already especially Olam & Boustead but YZJF still 33 cents haiz aiyo. Even another China stock also moved up by 1/2 cent liao. Before anyone say Chinese stock is the reason price won' t move, just a recap that Sunsine used to trade at $1.6 pre 1:1 split which is about 80 cents equivalent now during its growth phase. But 6.6% is above market rate so it is a keeper for now. Of course, all gurus please don' t read my message for goodness sake. From what I know, gurus can get 10% bond returns without risk and all gurus are very decisive with steel of heart and have no qualm of cutting losses fast. They are absolute winners and it is charitable of them to use their free time and engage us here with their golden advices from time to time. I turly appreciate their views.

The equity market number 1 enemy is no doubt high interest rate now. The very clear example of reit sector suffering deep valuation in term of unit price aside, many dividend paying companies also seeing thier share price stagnant despite paying good dividend for FY2023: 

1) CSE Global - 2.75 cents with price at 42.5 = 6.47%
2) China Sunsine - 2.5 cents @ 40 = 6.25%
3) Olam - 7 cents @ 98 = 7.14%
4) Boustead - 4 cents [2022] @ 87 = 4.59%
5) YZJF - 2.2 cents @ 33 = 6.66%

In SGX equity market history, a dividend yield of 4 to 5% is alreay consider very good but with the high interest rate environment, now the market push the yield all the way to above 6-7%. This is clearly not sustainable as the high interest rate will cease sooner or later and once that happens, all these companies will see re rating in their share price. I think it can be a good thing that the share prices of these good dividend paying companies are being surpressed down as it mean a good chance to accumulate.
