x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Blackcitron has made many good comments. Google Christian kwok. He's been involved with pump and dump in Malaysia stocks. Look at Incredible hldgs (formerly vashion). Did rights and used the money to overpay for Danish watch and HK watch company. Christian kwok has Danish blood . By buying only 10% of qt, his cost is probably around 0.008+ . Below sgd2mln and he wants to control the entire company. What sort of track record Christian has in turning around companies.. the answer is none! If shareholders blindly vote this new board members in, they will control the entire company. What if the new board do rights issue on qt? But you won' t know their intent... I have come across many buyouts, stock listing, spin-off etc etc, usually whose interest they take care first??? Of course own interest lah.... perhaps hope that the old director walk way without tussle.. then it won' t drag..   but this also means that your wish that they will buy more shares from open market won' t happen...but this wish won' t happen anyway even if the old directors wish to pursue
