SembCorp Ind weeky chart Recycled the chart here after replied one PM. =================================================================================================================================================== Let' s look at the weekly chart to have the bigger picture. Based on graphical esitmation, the TP after Sem fell down from the base of " moutains" at the top left till middle is 1.97. But Sem did not stop the fall there, he tried to climb up to 2.35, formed the " rising wedge" but fell again to the TP 1.35, based on the estimation from the " rising wedge" . We could see how wonderful the TA is, The actual price hit these two estimated TPs and stopped the fall. Panda then added the downtrend channel in red colour, and it fitted nicely. Price rebounced from the low 1.36, which is also the lower boundary of the downtrend channel, and punched through the upper boundary of this downtrend channel but pulled back and closed below it today. So, what next? First, let look at the gap. This gap is so wide that, it is likely to indicate that the long downtrend might be ended here. Next, we have to wait for the " base" to form. i.e. consolidation. The likely " neckline" (resistance level) probably at the blue colour line. we have to wait for Sem to test this line to confirm. One thing to take note, if this wide gap is closed by the falling price during consolidation, then it can be very bearish. DYODD. |

Venture daily chart Price started to fall after XD. Broke the sloped support line which is also the upper resistance line of the" triangle" . Bearish. Even more beraish if the price punches through the bottom support line of this triangle and fall further. Panda suggest " Run for your life" if this happens and you have " Long" position, provided it is not a " false breakout" . DYODD.
