x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	If I am not mistaken, Directors buy back must be before 1 month of results(otherwise is insider trading) whereas Co share buy back is anytime.  Hence share buy back is a defence weapon to be executed at the appropriate time. Besides worry about the bottom line, management hv to guard its share price too as this is the worth of the company (can be used as pledge for funds)

For the share buyback, again u are harping on the same issue.. if I were the management, I probably won't conduct any share buyback unless it drops to recent low.. why throw money down the drain to benefit traders For US production, corporate updates like this normally happen during their results release.. their US facility is not that big anyway and contributes puny revenue compare to their other non US market.. so no point to give an update on this until the next result announcement, if there are any.. what longist are more interested should be big news like govt contract for long terms earnings visibilit
