Positives are:
Positive cash flows with improving profits. Paying a dividend and sbb It's surviving, but not yet thriving. Give a year more. We will voice our concerns at the next AGM The price then shld be at least 250... If not, we vote with our feet |

The recent sharp fall in the price of this counter happened on 10 Oct 25 after Seatrium officially announced the " Notice of Termination" . The closing price of Seatrium was $2.44 on 9 Oct 25 and it dropped drastically within a day to $2.28 on 10 Oct 25. The company did not do any salvage recovery and kept quiet allowing the share price to head south. The shareholders have no clue what was going on and how it will impact the value of the share. It took them 12 days to come up with a statement on 22 Oct 25 that they will be challenging the termination notice. By then serious damage has already been done on the share price.  I am sure Seatrium would have known the possibility of the termination much earlier. It cannot be a last minute bomb dropped on them that really caught them by surprise. They have not prepared themselves on how to salvage the situation. It seems like they are not even bothered on how the share price will be affected by this news and what should be done to save it. On this instance, I am very disappointed with the CEO and his team.    |

We speak out not to bring down the share price of the company. Our comments and opinions will never affect the price. We hope the Management of Seatrium will wake up and do something positive for the company so that all shareholders can reap the rewards. We don' t want anymore NATO. The current share price of $2.08 is actually worth only $0.104 before consolidation. The share consolidation exercise is just cosmetics to mask the reality. It was a superficial fix that did not address the underlying performance of the company.  | ||||

Ah Tob you have my full support eventhough I am holding more than 60,000 shares of Seatrium at present, most of it are free .
7 or 8 years ago I was quite active in Sembcorp Marine besides other counters. The past is history that I am not going to comment further. Luckily I lost only a fair bit which is slightly less than $20K thru a few rounds.
My conclusion is Before and after merger, Seatrium is really a disgraced. Estimated i think should be around 8 years no movements at all even till now.
And hope any of the high management to see some of the comments stated in the Forum.
After so many years has past its getting from bad to worst and No dividends for so many years until
last year got some Kachang Puteh $.
By right it should be in the range of at least $3 (not even 60C up) because after consolidation Seatrium is at $2.40 and not to compare with other related counters that already chiong to the Moon.
SHIT and disgrace COMPANY unless prove me wrong.

I am here, don't worry, the market is big enough and players are few only. Eventually Seatrium will get some orders when others have huge pipe line of delivery. Countries is preparing for the worst in case war started, they need a lot of energy to store and to ship.

When Seatrium proposed the 20-1 share consolidation and the payment for Directors' fees in 2024, I voted against the motion. However, the proposal was still eventually approved.  This is a summary of the reasons for the Share Consolidation: Seatrium conducted a share consolidation to  improve its share price perception,  make the stock more attractive to institutional investors, and  discourage speculative activity. The consolidation was intended to move the stock away from its " penny stock" status, which was seen as a negative indicator of company health despite a large market capitalization, and to increase market interest and stability.  Reasons for the share consolidation:

I also second that Mr Bear be appointed as an independant director to scrutinize Seatrium for the benefit of all shareholders. Based on the resolution passed during the 62nd AGM held on Apr 23, 2025: Seatrium has proposed a  maximum of S$2,900,000 in directors' fees for the financial year  in directors' fees for the financial year ending December 31, 2025. This was approved at the company' s 62nd Annual General Meeting. While the total approved amount is S$2,900,000, individual fees will be paid partly in cash and partly in the form of share awards, with up to 30% of the non-executive directors' fees in shares.

yes, i champion you to be the independent director and sack all the " directors' who supposedly will help to enlarge and create a " world-class board ..... strategic renewal and business turnaround" ..... 2 years 8 months with nothing to show 👎 we don' t need nato people, one too many .... we need action hero ...  same price same time, look at yzj ... speedy gonzales. as of yesterday yzj $3.35  and seatrium 2.08 (same price same time) huge difference of $1.27 ... if you have put money in yzj ... horsay liao .... winning contract after contract should look for ceo like yzj .... so short of talents must take from keppel .... taking order even after it has fully independent .... what for demerged, merged |

Seatrium defended the appointment of  four additional directors  in April 2024, stating that the enlarged board was necessary to create a " world-class board capable of steering the company through a period of integration, strategic renewal and business turnaround"   .
The company' s position was a response to shareholder questions regarding a 23% increase in total director fees (to S$2.9 million) despite Seatrium  recording its third consecutive annual net loss in 2023. Seatrium emphasized that a diverse and international board with extensive experience was vital to lead the company' s transformation and navigate the complexities of the global offshore, marine, and energy industries.
you can said all you want .... bottomline in any organisations, please show me the result. you released a kaciam puteh dividend and the price went all the way down. hope next report won' t question are you working with the shotists .... sgx should not just question when price goes up, if you truly want to regulate the market ... question unwarranted selldown and bring back the shine.  Geographic is right ... " no tangible returns for long time investors" BT Ben Paul used to cover this counter. now hardly hear from him ..... maybe he has given up on it    |

This counter benefits only those who shot.  No tangible returns for long time investors. This is an old piece of news. The money spent did not reap any tangible benefits.
The company also noted that the new directors bring a wealth of international experience and deep knowledge in their respective disciplines, including legal, accounting and finance, business management, and engineering, which would help in guiding Seatrium' s strategic transition into areas like offshore renewables and new energies.

this is my observation. when market is good, all the peers chiong ... but this retard ownself play ownself  but when the market turned bad, suddenly wake up and went with the crowd. this ceo when queried by the shareholders, how are you keeping up your customers. oh we visit them and so forth ... fair enough  but where are the fruits ... oh coming  seatrium must show resilient and push back all nonsense by keppel .... make them pay. you cut the apron string  don' t just talk talk .... action and result speaks louder than all your words.  you can bluff people once but cannot all the times. already 2 years 8 months as the ceo and raised your remunerstion ... but no result  |
