Don' t think this crazy horse is waiting for result to perform. the chart performance is tend to repeat 2021 oct to 2023 price performance. seek for lowest at 7.8cents, up to 9cemts, consolidate again at 8.2 cents and chiong all the way to12.5 and 14.5 cents. Seek for lowest at 1.37-1.38, up to 1.70, consolidate again at 1.4-1.41 and chiong all the way to 2.5 and 2.9.
So long as 1.4-1.41 is not broken and supported well. we can expect this happen again. Jack up rig utilization rate is 100% globally (excluding China rig) since early 2024.
