After its fall from grace, with rights issues that diluted its value, plus other factors, this CF is now in a pitiful stage with heavy gearing and a business that depended totally on Government quotes and the weather, not forgetting competitors

Since pacific andes is majoirty shareholder, they are more happy to distribute dividends to themselves. but they ll suffer with alot of debt and lack of money to redeem bonds and hence debt will never go down.. Gotta think long term. CF is currently not in a perfect shape but at least need they are doing something about it... x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Dont worry mr ng...no flying fish at agm....i am quite happy with the result as it show improve from -24.7% to -18.7% ( i expected -25%)....the drop.mainly due to.interest of us $80m...more than profit of us $63m. x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Sori.   That was the export of Peru fishmeal to China measured in metric tons as reported by MSIceres.   The Anchovy catch was seriously affected by El-Nino since end Jun/early July.   there is a lag in turning catch to sale to China,   the sale was affected only in August/Sept.   China is the biggest consumer of Peru fishmeal.
