Heeton Holdings
On June 11, Heeton Holdings deputy chairman and executive director Toh Giap Eng acquired 500,000 shares of the real estate conglomerate for a consideration of S$105,000.
At a price of 21 cents per share, the married deal took his total interest in Heeton Holdings from 40.52 per cent to 40.62 per cent.
Mr Toh' s role at Heeton Holdings is to identify and secure investment and development properties in new markets, explore and develop related or new businesses as well as assist the chairman in the overall stewardship and governance of the group.
Heeton Holdings is a real estate company focused on property development, investment and management.
Mr Toh' s preceding acquisition was also a married deal, with one million shares acquired at 24 cents per share on March 17.

Heeton proposes to cut FY2019 final dividend to 0.3 S cent
PROPERTY developer Heeton Holdings is looking to cut its final dividend for the financial year ended Dec 31, 2019 to 0.3 Singapore cent per share, from the 0.45 cent previously proposed.
In a regulatory update on Monday, Heeton said that financial uncertainty amid the Covid-19 situation is expected to continue, prompting the need to conserve resources in order to meet anticipated business challenges.

Need to fire the investor relations for such a reply. Doubt anyone is in a rush to sell their bonus shares (since they can sell from their existing stock but did not) but I don' t understand why its necessary to take so long to just create and credit the shares also.

Just checked CDP, the bonus shares are still not credited. Call Investor Relation, don' t know when the bonus shares will be credited and need to check with FInance(?). I thought this guy who answered the call is not even sure of who to check.

On 12th December, Director Toh Giap Eng bought another 100,000 shares at an average price of $0.45725. The 2 for 1 bonus issue also has a book closure date of 26th December. Not sure which day is the Ex-date though. |
