However, the key different between Nordic and the like of Nam Cheong, Falcon, Ezra, Ezion, etc is that Nordic focuses on maintenance. The rest of the players suppliy oil rigs, ships, undersea piping, cable etc and they are badly affected as oil major scale back or stop expansion, exploration totally. For Nordic, the oil major is stil them to provide maintenance services such as the heating system. So really I am hoping that the negative sentiment catch on and I will be able to load more when the price become cheaper. In fact, this is the time to look at fundarmental sound O& G players and buy their shares cheap. Keep for 3 to 5 years. Last few days the price has been testing 235 and if break, it could head down to 20.5 cents and that' s where I would try to pick up some more. x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Phillip securities was at the result briefing session and generally positive about Nordic. They didn' t rate it though as they didn' t cover Nordic yet. Just keep up the business performance and it should attract analysts in due course. What' s going to happen next seems to be acquisition if right target come along. I am happy to have vested this at low cost and at one stage paper gain is around 61% with lowest purchase price at 13 cents. I have bought more at higher price and so far sold zero share. Have pocketed decent dividends along the way. Whenever insiders bought I will take note and decide whether to follow suit or not. Going forward if dividend keep coming I will continue to hold, they have 40% payout policy, so far interim 0.05372 cents and total dividend for current FY should be more than 1 cents. Last year already more than 1 cent so hopefully this year will be better.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Considering that they are serving the oil and gas industry and still able to have profit growth is really a remarkable result. The interim dividend is a bonus. Can buy and hold as a growth and yield stock.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	34% increase in net profit for 1H16. Interim dividend of 0.5372 cents in keeping with the 40% payout policy. Haiz today got chance to buy more at 25.5 cents but hesitated, almost buy at 26 cents pre close but hesitated again. Never mind, so long the dividend keep coming👍

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Strong buying interest even at 26 cents on 8.8.16 but today seems pausing. Anyway boss has delivered when he said months back don't worry about MTP. I would think if the results are what market expects, the share price should continue uptrend after the results are out.
