In valuing the share of the company , under normal circumstances, the following approach are adopted. Can you comment which item you think is not in line with your expectation. Your is your expectation of a fair market value. Market Approach his approach had been disrupted by the convid19 pandemic. So we cannot relay too much on this     Income Approach ere are two income-based valuation methods Capitalization of Earnings Method and the Discounted Cash Flow Method. Which method you used to arrive at the conclusion that the company is overvalued. Asset Approach (Book Value) Because Oceanus had been a loss making entity for the last few years, retail investors should not use this approach.   If retail investors just sit tight keep calm, the tactics  of dump and pump will not work.
