x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Yes...this IEV signed mou in India to supply gas yesterday but today the Stock did not move much today. Doing fairly well at the close. sheerluck      ( Date: 24-Jul-2015 10:41) Posted: IEV yesterday announced a gas supply agreement.   Note this is not a contract wins but an agreement where IEV can get cheaper gas for selling. IEV' s natural gas business used to enjoyed about GP of 30% but has fallen to 11% for FY14.   This new agreement should help to improve the GP for this segment. IEV share price is pretty low now and is trading at about 45% BV.   However, it has not been profitable (after excluding one-off gain) for the past three years.   Last quarter Q1 results is also a loss. It recently announced that it won a compensation of about USD2.2mil from its US contractor for one of its project.   A minor plus since they were originally suing for USD8.6mil.   Bette than nothing I suppose. And it is operating in an out-of-flavour O& G sector. Has it bottomed out or more worse to come?

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Wow, declared an interim dividend after missing for two years.  Mgmt is pretty confidence about its cashflow given that they have also repaid RM4mil bank loan (current outstanding loan RM7.4mil). This quarter results is helped out by the settlement with AMC for USD2.246mil.  Without any one-off, we may not see such pretty results for the next two Q. Mgmt already hinted that production of oil is unlikely given the depressed oil price.  Probaby cannot cover production cost.  Their focus is really on the gas reserves.  Can anyone help to work out the worth of that 0.86bscf gas?  I got a value but it seems way too high to be true.
