Higher DI portfolio in 2022, DI very profitable but very risky. market hate DI and this year DI going down below 30% from current 41%. Expect lower income revenue in 2024 on reduced DI . But I know yzjfh would cheat on net profit by writing back NPL provision to make up for loss revenue. Pray hard SG private credit business take off this year to balance loss of DI revenue

Do not know what is the term for variable bonus. Look at it most unlikely to be related to share price. For CEO $790 k package is not high. Think on the low side compared business that lost money years after ceo left with their anh how buy other business. | ||||

Looking at disclosure of remuneration on page 71 of the annual report. Vicent received total compensation of S$790,000 for FY2023 which includes 70% salary and 30% variable bonus. I am not sure how a 30% variable bonus (roughly S$237k) is justified given the absolute destruction in the company' s market cap and share price performance since the first day of trading... But hey, the Group' s total income grew 16% for FY2023 so I do have to give him credit. | ||||

CIMB is the clown covering FH. They give optimistic narrative, keep saying ADD but continuously lower target price. From 0.74 to 0.64 to 0.55 ... now 0.45. They are clueless and just covering their ass by downgrading the TP when share price doesn' t move. | ||||

Latest update 64% 0wned by public where Ren YL stake at 24% employee trust 11%. look like his son dumped his stake 4% in 2023 lol. Currently biggest share holders is citibank 39% but again it a nominate holder. citibank can loan out lot of stocks for shorting....... See if yzjfh can pop out more detail on sg business . |
