x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	If Oceanus can be " operated" , any small cap can be " operated" It depends on whether there is a big player involved and if so how big is his appetite. Based on my observation there is clearly someone involved and with a algos program as well. If the stock can hold at current level and perhaps slowly trend higher means the initial block of purchase has been locked up. Just have to watch and see for the next few sessions. If it can trend higher confidence will reinforced and more people will be inclined to buy and hold
