Problem is on the cpo price. Still hovering below 3000.
Month chart is sideline and Low 30s happen when Palm oil counter was making loss and cpo at 2100-2300 1 year ago. Now all palm oil counter all making profit. So it will only 1 word to explain situation now, if you sell lower than 35 for golden Agri and 48 below for indofood Agri, you only give chance to bbs or fund to accumulate at Low. So long as cpo maintain higher than 2100 and above to make them making loss, there are not reason for you to sell between 30-38 or 42-48 for golden and indofood if you are looking on a long term prospective to buy both of them. As opposite if the price start to go up and near 40, cpo suddenly shoot up due to shortage supply or soybean price shoot due to dry season. You are going to miss the whole rally if you sell at 40 and most of the time, sell and price shoot up, you won't chase most of the time. So up to individual. I always keep my lowest entry Low 40 and Low 30 for both of them. I play short term trading for both of them too. Cpo was down to 2400 level from 2600 level so it kill this time rally and both price drop from High and support at present price. So I believe it may or may not go down subjected to the buyers. But I am ready to buy low again at low 30 and 40 for both since I did cash out some with profit in last rally at 50 plus and 40 plus. Now I only have faith on cpo counter in the market. The rest I won't touch at all after a huge jump for about 1 year. In fact I did short on some counters which I believe hitting top.

Bro , it's seems hard for this to move to 40+. When reach it will kanna bring down again. It's quite manipulative. Can only earn at small range. So far once hit 40+ all kanna bring down to 30+ again. Can short when reach 40+

After results I sold all at 0.375 then saw BBs pushed up to 0.385. Yesterday they started dumping. Affected IndoAgri too. Don't know when they will stop dumping. Forex loss obviously did not convinced a lot of people. | ||||

price movement strange.
may be affected by overall commodities - although savvy investors should know palm oil is different. nonetheless, i may cash out this week for better pickings.

Forex was a good excuse for profit drop. Wonder how many investors were convinced. Obviously this co has too many rotten woods eat waste rice. Its results even dragged down its buddy Indo Agri. Heard the daughter is taking over from father and will revamp the management. BBs pushed up this morning and I took the opportunity to sell all my holdings bought before the results at .370/.375. Break even only. Will enter again at probably .365. | ||||

Revenue ebita and underlying profit has strengthened. However net profit affected by forex and taxes.
Last year's forex gain and tax credit vs this year's forex losses and tax debit made this year's result appear like a big contrast. |
