difficult to say of shareholders will be rewarded or not. dividend tomorrow likely have. but today will sure be bad first then recover towards close. by tomorrow if still bad share buy back will activate. so it is only a day opportunity for shorts. and if they leverage up with options really will be good close for the year already. for me is buy on sale a little at a time. |

The last result on the big decline due to Bhrati Airtel do tell you how far can this dividend goes ....in fact any dividend ( sold asset by mgt ) wld be good alrdy And not forgetting the big contributor of bottom line is Aus Optus ......u note the Xchange rate ? Any noise or news from this blue moon or mgt in the last 3 mths ? I have mentioned ( to some ppl unhappiness) ...as long as SIngtel is NOT properly managed and lead by some world class leaders w global telcom experience it is very tough to turn aro this heavy elephant ( some serious head cut is needed .....does a local darn to do it ? ) Result will tell ......for how long has Singtel see $3 ?
