MFW = mobile future works = TZ = Chairman GEM has just passed the stock they were getting issued directly to MFW instead of themselves so on this trance of 15m shares in effect the Chairman as funded the company rather than GEM. No more shares to hit the market it was just a clarification that MFW was getting the same 15m shares that we were told GEM was getting that is all.

Buy at current price a bit risky..first..overall mkt no good..second expect yuuzoo will keep on issue new shares....third ..all 15m shares issues may already distribute to all contra holders... fourth...rev and profit still non cash and alibaba deals real profit may be little .....dont short also...short got unlimited loss and limited gain...... | ||||

You mean MFW loans shares to GEM for them to short and now issue shares to help them cover short? Like that must give mgmt most transparent company of the year. But still this week I can only said good things about Yuuzoo. So I must said, GEM unload is good. MFW issue new shares is great. Tmr price will soar. Doesn' t matter if this is non-sense. Some people prefer nonsense sweet talk than awful truth. So Yuzoo see you tmr at $1. OK? So happy I cannot sleep now.

but placement usually have a positive impact .... as stockholders usually may see long-term gains from it. Let market decide from tmrw till Thurs 12 May 2016 when the New Shares are expected to be listed & quoted. another plus factor, STI up +35.26 today & may cont. to go up tmrw, US & Euro is also going up tonight so all of these will help Yuuzoo. |
