This leads to a very bad balance sheet in future. So, now business is affected by pandemic, after pandemic still need to fork out billions of dollars to redeem mcb My question is how shareholders benefit from SIA? If u r a long term investor, what do u get when there' s no dividend for so many years. If they don' t issue the 2nd mcb still got chance to recover. But if news come out, covid suddenly exploded, all cancelled, then locked down, i will change view and say, $4 even $3, so market is like that lor. i believe you are not newbie, should understand share market is really fluid and even dangerous, is not always 1 single path up all the way lor. is not pp anyhow throw figure lor, is all linked together kind.But, we must learn to accept other views too. The biggest winner is the largest Shareholders - T.  If in any case that anyone is thinking that SIA is gone case or will go bust, SIA will not and will survive this crisis as Sg govt will save it at all cost. Some heads very smart - ask existing shareholder to " tiap" money first. If existing shareholders buay tong, they come in from behind and jiak all at low price.  Exisitng shareholders will need to hold for very long term.  Meanwhile, many will exit and re-enter again when it at around $2.x when the price truely reflect the actual value of the airline.
