At that time, CNMC shares closed at 19.8 cents, with  a market cap of S$80.7 million or about HK$458 million. However, given today' s closing price of $0.36 and market cap valued at S$146.77million, this far exceeds the required market cap to list on HKSE, at almost double. Should CNMC decide to revisit the dual listing on HKSE, it will certainly be valued as a valuable alternative investment by HK and Mainland investors, particularly China' s institutional and insurance funds who are looking to hedge against this Covid-19 slump. If it achieves dual listing on the HKSE, its valuation and share price will certainly rocket and in turn correlate with SG' s price to breakout, supported by the gold spot price pushing to test and break the psychological barrier of US$2,000. Once this barrier is broken, the resistance above is weak, supported by global recession due to gold' s inverse relationship.  This is definitely a value play, supported by fundamentals of strong gold spot price and future plans of dual listing on HKSE. We also get paid with dividends while we wait. Vested with 200lots, entry price of S$0.35. Target TP of S$0.50 with 40% returns.
