x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	local managers only know how to cheong mountain for long + pray for bull mkt every year, no strategy for bear.... dont even hedge downside risk in bear mkt, when fund mandate allows futures hedging. wah, 5% consistent return.... probably beyond them. they do not know how to trade, full stop.... only know how to say cheap cheap (valuation), and close eyes and go long.
