(1) Relaxation of price limits

A wide range of price limits is set for stock auctions on the Growth Enterprise Market. For stocks that are IPO and listed on the Growth Enterprise Market, there is no price limit for the first 5 trading days after listing, and the subsequent price limit is 20%.  The Shenzhen Stock Exchange' s main board and small and medium-sized board new stocks have a 44% rise limit on the first day of listing, and the next trading day' s rise and fall limit is 10%. The Growth Enterprise Market has further relaxed the initial rise and fall restrictions on stocks, increasing trading risks.

(2) The number of outstanding shares is small

After this issuance, the company' s total share capital is 5,421,591,536 shares.  At the initial stage of listing, the lock-up period for shares of original shareholders is 36 or 12 months, the lock-up period for strategic investors to participate in the strategic placement is 12 months, and the lock-up period for offline restricted shares is 6 months.  There are 356,738,334 unrestricted tradable shares, accounting for 6.58% of the total share capital after the issuance. The number of tradable shares is small and there is a risk of insufficient liquidity.
