Trader-101      ( Date: 18-Sep-2019 18:53) Posted: 4.65 Million was shorted today, out of 28 million total volume, 5.5 million was a intentional sell down to bring the closing price down so it means 4.65 million out of 22.5 million shares was shorted after excluding the intentional dump. This is about 20% of the total volume of shares transacted today ( excluding the 5.5 million intentional dump ). Imagine 20% of the volume blocking this counter today, no wonder it is not going up but going down.

Everybody likes low interest rates and cheap monies. With the G2 in QE/negative interest rates, the US will the last man to do the same else she would be left out.
