Once bb think accumulate enough, they strike to raid yzjfh cash hoard since ren don had veto control. as small retail we follow big sharks lol. even SBB Ren abstain from voting and it still get passed with 99.9%.

Ren and son control < 30% so they can only follow majority view. SBB real purpose is dilute retail controlling 60% hold on company while increasing Ren family to 30%. like what i mention ren no experience in sg fund management only pop in to resolve npl and facilitate more sg transfer. Ren also remind that last time yzjsh drop to 28 cents and went as high as to 2.7 before look at the price now and it take time for share price to go up. he choose to list at singapore as sgx is for investment for long term.  Ren say last time he say to to shareholders to sell when yzjsh was at $2.7 as he believe at the time the company is not worth that price. now he say yzjsh and yzjfh both can buy now. also he does not do  aggressive buyback of shares as he want to use the cash to earn more for the shareholders. currently he feel 32 cents is a good price to do SBB but he say the pricing for SBB still depends on market and global condition so it is not fix.  he also do not want to delist. unless the majority wants as he is aiming to let yzjfh be top asia investment company. ​ He also say  SG will be yzjfh HQ and he will also come to SG every quarter and stay longer in SG as SG is now more and more important as a financial hub and HK is getting smaller. overall it is a good AGM with some questions answered and ren is quite vocal in replying to all questions posted. they still quite secretive and did not really address their long term planning. just it will take time to convert the major cash hold from cn to usd and they have many method to leverage and reduce risk for their investment and there is many more  opportunities in the maritime fund industry. bad point about this AGM is their translator really need to work on it. really bad translation. also I was expecting the AGM to be more grand and bigger venue but it turn out to be quite small.
