x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Eps for the forst 6 months is 5 cts , if the second half the eps is only 2 cts , fy eps will be 7 cts. Believe sph can pay another 2.5 cts as final dividend. The NAV is aroung 2.14 . Even if take a 15 off , NAV is still at 1.85 .

A lot of unwanted limelight recently too: non-essential artist contraversy, lawsuit on subsidiaries, etc. 4. Share price tumble way before COVID crisis began. The CEO is unwilling or unable to drive the right changes
