They have the right to say what they want and it is your right Panda 8 to repost it - all this helps investors make their own decisions. Many shares even now trade far high than their intrinsic value and in addition, I would like to point out however that any share can be argued is any intrinsic price especially when a war is going on and inflation is rampant and doomsayers are predicting a 3 year - and some a 10 year !!! - deep recession - where this SATS goes from here is definitely a mute point - I feel that at $2.72 SATS in my view is VERY UNDER VALUED but I accept that others think the contrary and they can make any lower call they want. In the end, people have money and and buy and sell at their own risk and it is not up to me or anyone to tell them what to do - we are in a democracy and anyone has the right to make a statement on intrinsic value of anything including SATS. It does not mean it is correct. Simply Wall Street has a right to comment on $2.01 being what they think is SATS intrinsic value but then again SATS intrinsic value is particularly hard to pinpoint right now as we do not know whether this takeover / merger will actually transpire nor the rights price nor do we know of the deal will be called off eventually nor do we know whether the synergy of the deal goes through will not lead to a very successful company within a few years or not. So it tells you that SATS is overpriced even now. If WFS world number only worth $1.7B, SATS should be $1B?
