I was looking at SMRT advertising subsidiary website and I see opportunities for collaboration between The Place Holdings and SMRT.
Imagine that the " Traditional Advertising" becomes digital and interactive media advertising - in the trains, malls, and stations (especially) - that will definitely allow SMRT to increase their advertising rates and they could also go into programmatic advertising into the future digital ads spaces.
The opportunity is immersed and the place holding will definitely gain from it if they are entitled to some of these advertising fee.

I think so. The CFD shortists. Last Friday shorted price 0.0988 tell you these matched trades were existing open short positions which could be shorted months ago with shorted price above 0.100. That is my understanding regarding the short selling reports. Any Guru here please correct me if I am wrong. 🙂

In my previous post, I said the breakeven was 2152 psf. If you look at One-Bernam (which is just 1 street away from Realty centre), the 2022 transacted price range from 2295 to 2864 psf.
Thus, there is definitely at least 30% of margin in this project.

slower move in the afternoon around 85/86. I guess given the good news, after the selling down (as many take profit and sell on news!) it should start picking up as at the end of the day it is a great project with high potential. any thoughts? | ||||
