Thank you for your kind cooperation. sklong138      ( Date: 20-Nov-2021 18:36) Posted: To all hard-core " cutie" shareholders  Some thoughts for sharing on the EGM voting on 6 Dec 2021 🤔   MW needs some 51% of vote from shareholders to approve their proposed Directors to take control of the company.  We must be one step ahead of MW & to make a fortune out of them,  one way is to vote against them to ensure that they do not have the minimum required percentage of vote to gain approval for their proposed Directors.  If MW is still interest to take control of the company, MW may consider to buy more shares in the open market to an extent for a mandatory offer. This will help to push up the share price & will be very beneficial to all the existing shareholders.  Let' s monitor the trading of the  share price, if the share price goes up, the existing shareholders may want to take profits.  If the share price goes down near 0.006/0.005 we will up our stake to acquire sufficient shares to vote against MW to ensure MW do not have the required % of vote to approve their proposed Directors  so that if MW  still keen to take control over the company,  MW may buy up the share again in the open market from us to an extent for mandatory offer.  For your consideration.  Thanks 😊

If carried through, it would have improved the financial position and prospects of the Company considerably&rdquo .   In view of this, please elaborate: -   a) How QT Vascular Ltd (QT) is going to achieve this objective of improving the financial position and prospects of the Company considerably?      b) How long will it take for QT to improve its bottom line arising from this Acquisition cum Fundraising exercise?       c) What are the essential steps that QT must take to ensure successful implementation?   4) It was also announced in SGX, that the two shareholders of the Company (i.e., Mission Well Limited and Tansri Saridju Benui), holding approximately 10.92% of the shares, have requisitioned for extraordinary general meetings of the Company on 6 December 2021 and 15 December 2021 to:  a) appoint their nominees as new directors of the Company (i.e. Christian Kwok-Leun Yau Heilesen, Tansri Saridju Benui, Leung Yu Tung Stanley, Zhou Jia Lin and Chay Yiowmin) and  ii)  remove the incumbent directors of the Company (i.e. Momi Mimon Brosh, Sho Kian Hin and Ng Boon Eng).    5) In view of para 4., we would like to see the incumbent directors play more responsible roles and to take the necessary action to acquire sufficient shares in the open market from  29 Nov 2021 till 3 Dec 2021  to VOTE AGAINST  these resolutions as scheduled as this will enable the incumbent directors who are familiar with the Company to continue with their efforts to ensure the progress of the Acquisition cum Fundraising is on track and subsequent successful implementation of this (&ldquo Acquisition cum Fundraising&rdquo .    Nevertheless, I have already acquired more shares in the open market from 25/11/2021 to 26/11/2021 and will continue to do so, in order for us to collectively defend the&rdquo Acquisition cum Fundraising&rdquo .   6)  I will support the Acquisition cum Fundraising as a shareholder to vote against the resolutions proposed by the requisitioning shareholders on 6 December 2021 and 15 December 2021 and will email the proxy forms to  VOTE AGAINST  these resolutions by 4 December 2021 at 9:30 a.m your Share Registrar directly at  [email protected]  7)    While as a shareholder, I can only do this much to support the Acquisition cum Fundraising.   However, I sincerely hope that the incumbent directors of the Company (i.e. Momi Mimon Brosh, Sho Kian Hin and Ng Boon Eng) will acquire sufficient shares in the open market to  VOTE AGAINST  these resolutions proposed by the requisitioning shareholders on 6 December 2021 and 15 December 2021.  I also strongly believe that all the existing QT shareholders would also like to see such action being taken by the incumbent directors as an expression of their sincerity in supporting the Acquisition cum Fundraising exercise.  This is also protecting the existing shareholders' investment so as to see an appreciation of its share prices.  I am of the vision to see &ldquo The Light at the end of the Tunnel&rdquo if we collectively put in our efforts.  8)  I would like to thank you in advance and look forward to your support of my proposal for the incumbent directors of the Company to acquire sufficient shares in the open market to  VOTE AGAINST  these resolutions proposed by the requisitioning shareholders on 6 December 2021 and 15 December 2021.      9) Thank you.

And with that coming in, MW will be out of the SSH...lolxx they need to buy more to talk louder.  But, will they do that?  I seriouisly doubt. Am going to park at 0.001 from tmr onwards.
