Day traders, contra traders and shortist opportunists do not have to read. 1) CEO bought his own company shares out of his own pocket.  That' s a statement of intent by itself. 2) Based on established report (circulated recently), PPE demand will be growing for next 3 years and that is simply because hospitals need replenishments (whether or not Covid has been defeated) & many nations will be looking at PPE stockpiles in order not to be caught off guard by another medical emergencies.  Just have a look at the global death toll and how the healthcare systems in some countries are breaking down.  Look at how much negative impact on the production labor of many countries resulted from lack of preparedness.  PPEs are here to stay. Period.    3) Yes, profit margins are lesser in general if we compare them with 2020 period at the start of the pandemic when there was a mad rush for PPEs. But it also mean smaller players are going to exit the market (there are already confirmed news on this) because they do NOT have the economies of scale to be cost effective to compete with the market leaders like MT. 4) MT is increasing its manufacturing footprint for PPEs (this is a fact) to cater to the growing market. It is at the same time venturing into related product lines (still at infancy stage) for longer-term sustainability.  Besides increasing its manufacturing, its marketing channels are now well established (check out Alibaba for example), along with a very robust supply chain to deliver their products efficiently. For projections, although I have to admit at this current moment nobody can really project. however, there have been some reports projection on the demand and ASP landscape for PPEs which are deemed to be projected to continue to increase until 2026. Sorry, I cannot for the life of me remember where is that report but if anyone is interested, can look up this same forum thread as one of the bros posted it before. I also beg to differ on the low barrier of entry to this market, as this has been explained time and time again, there are certifications and PPE standards to meet. Any tom dick and harry can always set up a mask production line, but as for PPE, that is a whole different matter on creating a whole production process pipeline that ensures the quality of PPE meeting those medical standards. 1 thing I would agree however is that the price has no correlation to the P/E anymore and normal retail investors who have been burnt badly during the chase to $2, have all been played out and will probably not touch this counter anymore on the assumption this counter just reeks of manipulation. Even many of the hardcore supporters for this counter have long gone and sold out their major holdings despite holding for a very long time despite the drop from $1.9X all the way down to its current level. Just dumped into the buy quote. And I scroll to see about 50 small buyers buying my share. And the price immediately tanked to $1.40 and it never recover to that level again till today. I made a few hundred thousands. And the profits I made was the best in my 30 years of trading. You have seen PE 1, does not mean it must happen..... its about the probability... what is the probablity that a shares will go to PE 1? one in thousand? one in ten thousand? If this is something to be very weird to happen... then I am , in my view confident enough to say MT will not go to PE1..Or in other words....
