Makes some folks (the old-boys club) looks silly once again ....... and makes you as a investor as to how they run businesses ..... sigh The profile/composition of the offerors is obvious as to their end-game for UE ......... split the spoil eventually ............. and it will not be that easy (and though GSS is here but out of fashion ..... so it will not be cheap). Hope another party/parties emerge ....... to let the show get more interesting and exciting.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Most likely got BB coming in to take stake. But again, the white knight may not wan to pay high price like 2.9x or 3. Even if they do, they can take their own sweet time. The noble 5% stake run up also took a while to buy in before the announcement. And that is ONLY if the knight keen for > 5%. If the BB stay @ 4.9%, then they will never be surface and punter could be stuck. Rowsley & other > 5% cases are announce thats why we know, there are many 4.9% stake which need not announce and we dont know. So my 2cts worth is.. be caution if betting on stake buy in.. the bull could turn out to be a bulldog only..
