Stated Equity = $105mil Intangible asset = $13.3mil Questionable asset available for sale = $70mil Questionable receiveable = $17mil So portion of equity questionable = $100mil and portion of equity not so questionable $5mil For e-comm, revenue is one of most important item market measures.  That' s why yuuzoo is so hard on making sure that revenue is great.  But now the auditor questions it.  And if you look at profit which is a sidekick to revenue, it becomes questionable as well.  If you look at cashflow which tell a truer picture, err...you better don' t look because it fails super duper as well.  Now balance sheet items also questionable.  So everything falls apart really.  That' swhat happend when you build a self-fulfiing revenue model.  自 欺 欺 人 。 Mgmt better dont have shares pledged for cash or else, 1 cts also can get.  Some peolpe Jack ma here jack Ma there. Later which Mr Jack Margin calls then siao liao. Better set up a new coy call YouLoser!

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	I highlighted this non cashflow thingy some time back. This is a high risk stock because we don' t really know what the profits in shares are really worth. Now even the auditors don' t want to comment and commit. This is a red flag already.  Even the Alibaba deal is not clear, are they paid in cash? How much? What about their costs? This franchise model has been structured for YuuZoo by a Big Four accounting firm which had said that the value of the shares received by YuuZoo as payment for licences are to be recognised as revenue. The auditors do not disagree with this. YuuZoo said that it has started the search for a new auditor that has full knowledge and understanding of the modern digital business space. It has begun discussions and expects to make an announcement of its new auditor shortly. Once appointed, the new auditors will immediately be tasked to re-audit the 2015 financial statements to address the only outstanding issue: the valuation of the shares received as payment for franchise licences.
