Years back, the company either go bankcrupt (asset way less than debt) or go through debt restructuring. CEO presented a plan to creditors: (1) pay back part of debt with cash (2) convert debt to equity at 0.004 (3) transfer a substantial amount of shares to management. After creditors did maths, they chose this plan. they have no other choice but acccepting it, plus a little hope. If they can get a significant part of debt back by liquidating, they would have chosen liquidating. Regarding distribution business, do a due deligence on its partner in China. Distribution business this year is no good for Oceanus, significant amount of product are from Australia, due to China-Australia tension, China has banned most imports from Australia, this will last a couple of years. In relation to 92% of the revenue from the distribution arm, please read Oceanus' s response to SGX query last week.  I have also expounded on this point on Investing note.  Expanding the distribution arm is the necessary first step to establishment the channels and infrastructure to scale up the other 3 business arms, including, food tech.  Lay the roads for the profits to flow

Wonder is the BB office still at Robertson vicinity? I am totally out of my 2m shares this now at 24 & 27 and after buying in yesterday. Do share more timely info and esp when can buy again for long term perspective. Let me put it this way. Stock market is a zero-sum game. They want volatility, price go up and down, so they can make money by making retail investors losing money. They (work with big money) have collected shares below 0.01. They drag price up and make stock chart attractive and beautiful. At the same time, company releases news, tell stories, broker initiates coverage etc. Waves of waves up up, more retail investors come in. They distribute after good results release. They share profit at the expense of retail investors. They continue doing this, round and round. For retail investors, they still see their effort, believe their stories, and waiting to be ripped again. The so called 80% shares given to insider was actually to offset the amount of money oceanus was owing its creditors when the new management took over. Peter koh managed to convince the creditors to accept shares in lieu of 32 million dollars owed to them as the creditors were demanding payment. This is all in Internet go search n please also read up on Peter koh history n why so many people still believe in him all available if u search. For myself I have read and followed the company from its micro penny years till now. I am very assured as long as Peter is part of the management. That is y till date I have not sold a single share but have increased my stake. For other interested please look up all the available info in Internet b4 buying or selling
