Frankly if you have no basis or evidence to support your claims, it is very unfair for you to make those speculation about the current CEO and his team. I have attended a few of their AGM and can see that team is very focused into the growth of the company. They are vey different from the ex-management who had mismanged the company. The current CEO and his team are working very hard to make things work and create value for their shareholders. He has been doing his best in fufiling his promise to turn the company around and bring the company back to good health. So far all his promises materialised and there are solid proof out there to show what he and his team had done. Instead what you have posted here is based on your speculation and hearsay which is unfair to the company .There were a few things mentioned from you in the recent postings which baffled me. You said that you were very long in the company and have witnessed and digested info from different sources but when questioned by forumer if you had worked in the company before. You said " No" and mentioned that you were just close to an insider. All these statements made by you got me very puzzled and your intention of mentioning certain things made me wonder what is your motive.  BTW, are you new in this SJ forum? Years back, the company either go bankcrupt (asset way less than debt) or go through debt restructuring. CEO presented a plan to creditors: (1) pay back part of debt with cash (2) convert debt to equity at 0.004 (3) transfer a substantial amount of shares to management. After creditors did maths, they chose this plan. they have no other choice but acccepting it, plus a little hope. If they can get a significant part of debt back by liquidating, they would have chosen liquidating. Regarding distribution business, do a due deligence on its partner in China. Distribution business this year is no good for Oceanus, significant amount of product are from Australia, due to China-Australia tension, China has banned most imports from Australia, this will last a couple of years. This will have serious impact on this year' s figure.   mondaybluesy      ( Date: 11-Mar-2021 14:13) Posted: Thank you balasuperman.  This was what I found in my research as well.  Shareholders are actually ranked lower than creditors (in fact, one of the lowest!) in liquidation preference, so for the creditors to accept shares instead of a repayment, Peter Koh and team had to sufficiently convince the creditors of what was ahead for Oceanus.  Think about it! In relation to 92% of the revenue from the distribution arm, please read Oceanus' s response to SGX query last week.  I have also expounded on this point on Investing note.  Expanding the distribution arm is the necessary first step to establishment the channels and infrastructure to scale up the other 3 business arms, including, food tech.  Lay the roads for the profits to flow
