There is a dilemma here.  Sell too little, low confident.  Sell too much is giving up higher stake.  There needs to be a balance.  But yes 1% is seems too low to prove anything. Another good point.  Please be from someone reputation and reliable.  For example Jack Ma, Warren Buffett,etc is the minimum. Lastly, please disclose the name of that one big four.  Why are they so ashamed to be associated with Yuuzoo?  Just this one alone, market will easily value your coy at twice the current value. Googled Charfi.  A newly registered company in July 2014.  Dont even have a company website. Said big four but why the big four dare not stamp their name out to support the model?  Big four what.  Should be very confident.  They stamp out their name sure got weight. This franchise model has been structured for YuuZoo by a Big Four accounting firm which had said that the value of the shares received by YuuZoo as payment for licences are to be recognised as revenue.
