x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	I believe the subject company is doing other illegal business activities in China other than mlm business, e.g. illegal money transactions, etc. etc. Let the China Government and their relevant departments concerned do the works first and, main while, I believe our other "Checkers" already triggered the main alarms.

On the other hand, I believe money is legit. The biz practice of franchisees is the subject of contention, which I believe is operating as MLM. The only question is will the china authority take action? When? Because herbalife have shown that they can still play around the rules and huat. Whereas QuanJian was busted. So playing field is not level.

No point keep guessing here as we only use our personal bias to judge the things.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	many parties are ' hired guns' , so to speak.  are BW new auditors not hired to perform certain functions as well? in my experience, the biggest crooks are the ones who do not necessarily look like crooks.  did Bernie Madoff look like a crook?  is he better than a street robber who mugs an elderly lady just because he looks less like a crook? how successful do we think Bonitas would be if they made groundless accusations against a company running a perfectly legimitate business operation with nothing to hide?  and a rigged operation can still manipulate the share price up if they are in such control of their shares in the market. however, before BW > $80m wealthier management comes out to clear the air as best they can, it does feel like it did on other forums where I saw investors readily defend or put down companies because of their vested views.  Noble was a particularly interesting example whereby long suffering shareholders still came out in defence of the company (and shockingly management) and slung mud at the short seller reports over the 3 year saga, when it was increasingly clear early on the blame laid with the key management past financial shenanigans. both longs and shorts can express their views in the market and if indeed the shortist analysis and points are hogwash, the longs would benefit tremendously from this pullback in prices. to be objectively transparent, i' ve both long & shorted BW as market opportunities provided itself over the years.  and i sincerely wish forumners best of luck in their positions on either side as this story plays out.   chanben767      ( Date: 24-Apr-2019 23:30) Posted: I went to Bonitas website. It brought them down to near Zero value. For a share to rise in less than 8 months from $1.21 on 21/6/18 to $3.30 on 11/02/19, and dived to $.162 yesterday in less than 2 months, is the story of BW really too good to be true?

Company share buy back?  --last three days 6mil+ --Last week 7mil+ --week befofre last week 9mil+ --2 weeks bfore 6mil+per week. Good opportunity to buy when stock reach lower level and company start big volume share buy back Since company projected high profit and high dividend.
