if ProLogis make an M & A offer for GLP, and if GLP says Yes to a very good offer, then the Chinese can kiss goodbye to their assetizations and overseas strategic m & a plans...even if they have xxx billions of cash in usd terms.
the US - based Prologis will hold on to their No.1 market leader combined strategic assets tight . of course Prologis must make an offer. $3 a share minimum. all cash. no nego. |
