x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Shareholders cab drum up support from others by doing some homework such as going to secretary office to check on the names of few big stakeholders and write to them to seek their support for a resolution going to be proposed.   If there are sufficient numbers (shares), resolutions can carry through even if the incumbent are prepared.   Of course, my views are all theoretical and I have not tried them out, but legally these are possible..

If you have a replacement, state the name in the resolution as well, otherwise can wait for the board to choose one capable one later. Of course if you have don' t have enough votes, you can' t carry the resolution through, but at least it shows some displeasure of those you want change.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	i' ve seen a video on how underground mining for precious metals are done. it highly capital intensive. hence cost control is absolutely paramount.  if vote out ceo & chairman, who should become interim ceo one might ask? well install the cfo as interim ceo. this will show investing public and the press that company understand its a capital intensive business. will also send a message that company is serious in controlling cost drive.
