If you are a new investor , you stand a chance to negotiate for a better terms. May I ask you Why were you so confident that you committed such a big trade at one shot ? Your remisier promoted this to you or ......?

Bro,.. First of all its not entirely your fault also.. I wonder how did the broking firm gave an inexperience trader such a hugh credit of $100000 to contra with.. Did they do  background check on you.. And for new accounts they only give $10000 the most credit..  So, if this case comes to court, the judge will question why so hugh credit was given to you, which the broker will have a hard time to answer.. So dont think that its all bad for you, if there' s any legal action taken it could also be on a winning side for you too.. , they will not go to extend to pull you to court..  You can offer them to settle monthly, i believe they will be more than willing to oblige.  By the way, what broking firm is yours..

You need to talk to your remiser, and explain your situation.. If not just wait for the legal action, and present yourself in person and explain your inability to cough out such big amount, then they will refer to mediation court, the mediation court would be fair to both party and will try to negotiate in best way to settle the outstanding bill..  In the mediation court, they will only ask you to pay what you owe, not interest or penalty or legal cost..

Try to talk to them. In fact 10k should be able to talk as it will be also hard for them to take any action. If I not wrong, u had to own around 20k then then they can sue you for bankruptcy which is also very troublesome for them if u die die no pay. Talk to them , they should be able to come out something for u to settle as it should not be their first case. Most important, u had to calm down yourself first. I lost quite a lot before so I can feel u. U must remain calm and work thing out rather than keep having the thought of the 10k that u had to repay which will make u do stupid thing. Cheer.

No, eat up all the quantity from $1.24 and $1.25. That y closing ask and bid price at $1.23 and $1.26. Eat up around 300k. Then I think is market closed so the rest never eat. If I not wrong, the quantity wanted to buy is around 590k. Anyway, after going thorough some comments here, should be okay bah. Since it help to push the price up..... should be happy...haha

You making one mistake after another.. you rather approach your remiser and tell your situation.. And worked out a plan to pay back monthly..  The most will end up in a mediation court which would also ask you to settle monthly with what you could afford.. thats all.. Nothing worst will happen..  Ah long are worst, they suck your blood with interest and land you in big depts..  Take care.

For those who are still puzzled about what happened on last friday after 5pm, about the 12 million Riverstone Shares trading..    My broker, checked and feedback to me that a fund manager  offloaded 12 million shares from his portfolio for some reasons.. But he got a willing buyer at $1.24 who bought it back, but there were some retailers who were queuing along the way at 1.27,1.26, 1.25 and 1.24 also got it 1.24..  Its not a bad news, since fund managers always do such reshuffle, but good news is that they didnt dump in the open market, but sold to another willing buyer.. So price could have dipped on monday and today by those adhoc retailers who received this shares at very cheap price and also the shortist who tried to create panic using the price dip, which also explains why there was  a late rush to buy shares at 1.26 and 1.25 today..  Happy Investing. | ||||

My advise don't read too much into those price movement. If u invest long enough eventually u will realise most of the time there are no actual meaning behind those action.
Last minute buy up doesn't mean there a "leak" of positive news and same goes to last minute or sudden sell down. Those movement could simply because individual circumstances. The recent 12mil last min sell down after market is a good example...... Any negative news so far from then?
