$1 is a good price for privatising it. dont laugh. this is the strength of this useless ceo. he cant turn around the cancer-striken company but can sell it (make it disappear from sgx).

ya agree it seems will be below $1 since it on downward slide after hitting a peak on nov 19 @ $2.34. The short term low is $1.024 based on the price after it got out of STI index. that is true base on current price chart u can see a last low of $1.03. if hoping to get in below $1 what would be the price to go in? how cheap is cheap? trade plan would be go in at every 10c support like when hit 90c got in xxx lots then if goes 80c add 1.5 x of what u buy at 90c. What is below $1 never come? if it break n hold abv $1.15 it may signal a turn to uptrend with a target of $1.30-$1.45.

The time is getting nearer as Singapore economy will soar 5.5% next year based on consensus. This virus will be over by next year. If one has holding power, just buy the beaten down blue chips and you will be rewarded handsomely. If you have limited funds, then be selective. Buy those who strong cash positions and balance sheets. |

Agreed. As much as I wanted the $1 entry price. I did my own calculations and went in quite a fair bit at prices $1.0x. I think its fair value, but if it really goes down to the dollar or below, just be prepared to buy in alittle more within my limits. Thats my take, and good luck to all vested. |

The stock needs a catalyst of sorts to make people excited and willing to put investment dollars into it. At this price, the media is probably priced at next to nothing so really, it is about investors valuing their property busineses. I don' t think the market can expect much dividends if they already slashed it at 1HY20 in fact, the consensus estimates from analysts are within the range of 3-5c for FY so that translates to 4ish% yield at best. Retail is recovering (at least relative to the circuit breaker previously) and the UK looks set to reopen their universities end this month and next so it would be a matter of time that the stock finds its trough valuation and hopefully recover, in line with macro tailwinds (if and when it comes). Was also monitoring the URA caveat and appears that sales for Woodleigh Residences are progressing steadily at good pricing of ~$1900psf. This is partly attributed to the low supply of new private homes in the area as Park Colonial' s (across the road) inventory declines. Question is if everyone is waiting at $1, will it then hit $1 or will it just find a base at current levels? As rocketman says, ' waiting is free' , so let' s see where this ends up but presumably if macro conditions improve, we can see recovery post their FY20 results in Oct once all the potential negatives (with revaluation as per the company' s last guidance) are out of the way. Good luck to all vested, it is quite painful to see the chart especially for the long-term shareholders. |

it may be a good sign that they are using free resources and keep worry about face now. they need to keep profit. reduce those unnecessary for free stuff if it does not hurt the real business. 1x mail is ok in my opinion
