Having read the circular, the maximum shares to be bought back and maintain listing status is 57,289,586. Multiply that figure with 0.635 (market price) = $36.7m. Seems doable. Recall that 2H FY2016, Hi-P generated cash and turned net cash position.

With tech industry on the mend,this Co a proxy to iphone and xiaomi and last quarter result generated strong cash flow..mgtmt outlook for coming quarter is postive and full year 17 is profitable. Hope to see high 80c in 2 half 17.

IMO,TO is extremely remote. Chairman Hsiao TY owned 61% and the other SSH is Koch Industries having 22%. Any particular reasons for indicating $1.35?
