I holding 0.2% of magnus shares. =) innooo      ( Date: 26-Aug-2016 17:24) Posted: The recent price crash is due to value capital converting the convertible loan into shares and immediately selling the shares. The root cause is the company borrowing from value capital. The price crash from .5 cents to .1 cents over the few months is a scripted exercise where value capital converts loan to shares and then dumping it into open market. The ultimate person responsible for this is the CEO who signed on to this. It is a total disregard of shareholder investment so that the company have money to pay his multi-hundred k salary. If you are one of the many people with burnt finger and angry and wants to sack the CEO. Lets form a club to kick him out. We just need 10% shares to table a resolution in an EGM to remove the CEO and whole board. We just need 20 person who have 0.5% shares each or 50 person with 0.2% each. 0.2% is worth about 20k. Please PM me if you are interested. There is now a movement at the LionGold side. Lets do something on the Magnus side. Please PM me if you are interested.
