Dear Friends Latest CSLA yesterday gave a buy recommendation on STGT at 85 Baht which was triggered with TP at 120 Baht within 12 months period. For those in this this forum, please do not overpush STA Sing as the lead mkt is STA Thai. Recently I have observed certain shortists in this blog have been borrowing STA shares to sell into the mkt down to try and weak holders to cut lossess when ever the STA Sing exceeds the STA Thai by more than 6 Bahts differential basis current exchange rate. STA Thai just traded 28.50 Baht equivalent S$1.26 STA Sing. STA Thai has recovered from its short term low at 23.4 Baht low recently and it has a upward bias to my price target before end Sept at 43 Baht min. To those with existing longs whether position below water or not, better to hold on to STA Sing on improved rubber fundaments lately and humongous contributions from STGT. I retinterate once again STA Thai is extremely undervalued as I am privileged to have info as to the performance of STA rubber division as I am international rubber dealer and I can vouch that STA 2nd quarters results exceed the 1st quarters results. NB: My Asian business friends and associates have only vested in STA Thai due to its high liquidity. | ||||

Page 8 Gloves revenue in THB million for 2019: 3044 + 2885 + 3072 + 3193 = 12194 THB million = $536.13 Million in SGD page 13 It says only 19.9 billion pieces of gloves sold in 2019 Factory can produce 27 billion gloves 27 - 19.9 = 7.1 billion gloves (Potential to sell due to glove shortages) 7.1 / 19.9 x 536.13 million = $191.28 million potential revenue (We take it that we do not include any ASP yet) $191.28 million / 4 quarter = $47.82 million potential revenue per quarter 1Q 2020 sold 6.3 billion gloves -> revenue is 3837 THB million = $168.83 million (SGD dollars) 1Q 2019 revenue is 3044 THB million = 133.89 million (SGD dollars) In this instances, we saw that that' s a revenue increment of S$34.94 million (SGD Dollars) for 1Q 2020 as comparison. Recent report came out: Harta quarter result = Ringgit $219.7 million = $71.84 million nett profit (SGD) Harta can produce 36 billion to 43.7 billion gloves in 2020. Sri Trang can produce 27 billion. Now i take the highest production capability of Harta gloves as 43.7 billion gloves. If i take 27 billion / 43.7 billion , Sri Trang profit should be = 61% of Harta 61% x 71.84 million nett profit = S$43.82 million I apply 80/20 rule for a further 20% discount to reduce the profit ofSri Trang business = S$35 million net profit minimum for Sri Trang gloves.
