x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Venture has been issuing employee stock options and shares like US QE print money. At the AGM, more than 55% voted against Resolution 8 to issue ESOS. Looks like many shareholders pissed off by these jerks issuing tons of shares to benefit themselves.
