Expecting a huge short sale volume again today. Alot of contra players rushing in to buy and backing out almost immediately. Would have been a different outcome if they stood firm. As mentioned earlier, shortists have been eyeing this counter since day one. They are the ones placing a short sell on the sell queue and people just get scared out of buying into this counter. I expect you were also one of the shortists.

Outlook for Chiwayland: 1. Potential covering of shorts by shortists who sold down at average 0.39 yesterday. 2. Re-emergence of buyers 3. Keep a lookout for BB who may buy up the queue and throw down immediately after. 4. Keep a lookout for BB who may buy up and distribute in a range. Not a buy/sell call. Yes, apparently Chiwayland had tried to get a listing on SGX in 2012 via an RTO of Ocean Sky Pte Ltd, but the deal was dropped. What it does is to shorten the lengthy and tedious process of an IPO. However, it seems that sentiment is no good due to it being an S-Chip, as well as the potential property slowdown in China. Shortists made use of this to their advantage. Investors who got it through placements cut loss when the price went down more than 5% of the placement price. (You can find out more which company if you scan through the RTO documents) IMO, good for long-term investment although it is an S-Chip. Had a look through its website at www.chiwayland.com.cn and it seems a reputable company with lots of deals with the local governments in China. Some downsides will be that real estate might be slowing down in China, which is why a JV might bring in sustained profits. Even if the share price does fall further to $0.30, it' s a steal because we can get it cheaply. |

The " spike" was a 3:1 share consolidation for the reverse take-over of RH energy. Existing warrants were also consolidated 3:1 at an exercise price of $0.60. Strictly speaking, this share is trading at a large discount even though it' s opening price was only $0.53. The opening day saw a surge to $0.57 before shortists managed to short it down to $0.435. (Hence the 25% discount) Do your homework before touching this counter as shortists are still lurking and shorting once they feel the buy queue has no support. Today' s short sale volume was 830,000 lots. Average short price was $0.39. Shortists will try to push the price down tomorrow so that they can cover their shorts as the price did not move below $0.39. Some info on Chiwayland: One of the top 100 real estate developers based in China, CEO Kevin Qian Jian Rong has an estimated networth of RMB 3 Billion and is one of the top 50 richest in Shanghai. (Info available on the internet). The company recently announced that it has entered a 50:50 Joint Venture wit Australian based Property Solutions Pty Ltd to develop real estate in Brisbane, Australia. Not a buy call. Please do your research before investing in this counter.
