Don' t understand the meaning of Recurring? LOL. If your argument is Special Dividend is ONE-time payment so NOT recurring, then both of you are i shall be nice, wrong. Because what I said is 2003 medtecs gave ONE Special Non-Recurring Dividend because SARs was LIMITED to Asia and 3 Months, meaning Medtecs only had ONE-TWO quarters of Super Normal Profit then died. But Medecs as we speak has had 4 Quarters including the current Q1 which we are 50% through. And when I said to look at MT and understand MT, I was not asking soonsoon to say oh look at 2003 data n dividend policy but rather look at what the company has announced and shared COUNTLESS times b4 he jump to the conlcusion that dividends will NOT be recurring. And yes I am a prick, and for tge SGX, CPIB, MAS complaint, not sure about u, it benefitted me as well as the longists from 0.21 till 1.98 and even till now 1.09. So u can carry on BOOMER.

$Medtecs Intl(546.SI) Dropped an Email to them, urge loyal holders to do the same
Dear IR,
I am not sure if Team Medtecs have observed the Difference in Dividend Policy between the Thai gloves and Malaysia gloves counter parts, alongside how this unlocks value of loyal shareholders.
All of them released stellar results whilst Sri Trang (Thai) chose to DIRECTLY reward shareholders with a 7 cents SGD dividend, the Malaysian counterparts chose to give less than 1 cents SGD dividend.
As a loyal shareholder of Medtecs, and representing a group of investors, I sincerely hope your team can consider following the Thai' s approach. For too long, Medtecs share price have favored short term traders and alienated Long Term Holders.
We would also appreciate a Guidance on Q1 and Q2 results which I believe should be more stellar than the already record profit Q4 to be announced.

if u study MT, likely to be recurring, at least next year when 2021 results out, got another round. I think we will see at least 2 years of good solid dividend.

if earnings > 100MUSD, den i think got a chance to declare such special dividends of 6-7 cts, even 10 cts also quite possible.

STA declared a really huge dividend. Hopefully MT will not only show good financials but also announce a nice dividend and that will allow it to fly
