what is Talent ? how you define Talent ? Talent is someone goes to platform A, learn, come out and create out of nothing platform B that surpasses platform A. whereas , some, CEOs this COOs that in very good platform C, thinks platform C success is because of him or her, but in reality, when they are out on their own, they are at a blur, a loss of what to do. This, to me is NOT a talent. Some big ideas 9/10, executions 5/10...these are NOT talents. They are just followers, that' s all. |

Yesterday was a skilful flushing . (16 Nov) Low volumes, Price below $2. Why ? On 9 Nov, there was some little knee jerk due to Trumpiant and a lot took advantage and bought it from 1.99 to 2.14 (big BIG volumes) |

Thus, you can see that GLP becomes " very Strategic" . A game changer. Scenario 2: if CIC does take over GLP, then it becomes " a balance of Powers" in modern warehousing. This will be good news for e commerce, clients, 3rd party logistics provider as if there is healthy competition, prices will not be " monopolized" n that sense. Mreover, what is One Belt One Road ? If you dont own strategic assets like warehouses in Japan, China, US, Brazil...you lose out in your One Belt One Road initiative. |

So, let' s study some Scenarios for fun. Scenario 1 : if GLP falls in to ProLogis (thru M& A or hostile takeover), then not very good for clients , e commerce, 3rd Party Logistics . Why ? Then Prologis will ' control the market' as it will be the Biggest Warehouses Provider in the World, covering US, Brazil, Europe, China, Japan. Of course, most happy is ? Prologis. Never say never. US companies like to do mergers and M & A. Bigger Biggest. |

I suspect interested parties may have approached GLP about 3 months ago . WHY ? GLP have been aggressively buying back shares rom the open market since last year, almost everyday, almost every month. Within a year or also, more than 3% already bought back out of max 10%. Suddenly, this stops around Aug this year. Most likely interested parties started nego talks in Aug. Any price dump by markets must pick up. Something BIG brewing for sure. |

If you study the business model of GLP, i think Everbright just learnt this model from GLP or Prologis, my guess GLP. develop, gain 30%- 40% , divests, profit booked, dvevelopment goes into REIT managed by GLP again. like build Condo, sell , profit, manage Condo again |
