And Keppel will not sell their shares of KrisEnergy in order to have money to subscribe to notes and exercise warrants. And after exercise warrants, keppel will not sell them. So the only one who sell today are shortists and contra players. And since the announcement until now, it is proved that shortists are no match to KrisEnergy market maker. Today direction will be decided by market maker, they will not let the price go under certain price, but they also will not let the price go above 20.5 cents (notes price + warrant exercise price). In  a renounceable rights offering, you don' t want to subscribe for the new shares, you can sell the rights and get some money back. In this non renouceable offering, if you don' t pay $93 for every 1,000 shares you own, you go suck your thumb and Keppel will pay it for you and get the 837 warrants.
