A few points: 1.  It doesn' t have a head tracker - it will cause problem with listener if the claim of 3d sound if true. 2.  It won' t work well with just any sound tracks.  It works best with sound tracks encoded with multichannel sound normally from movie soundtrack.  So it may capture a tiny fragment of homethreatre maket, and may be a bit for gamer.  So even if the technology works, the market is extremely small. 3.  So far the reviews are only from tech mag, no sound mag or audiophile mag makes a review.
