At what price was the shares issued and at what price the short started?   if Gem make millions of dollars and just to give back 600K, GEM still make huge money!   I agree! x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Reasonable explanation but where's the logic? If GEM had borrowed shares to short a much at higher price, it would have bought back from the open market at 0.8 to 1. Why needed to sacrifice the 34% loss in premium and get it for 1.532 from QTV? Interesting to see how price move today. x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Looks like good news to me. If GEM is willing to fork out $626k or at 1.532 cent, it will not be selling at below this level. GEM must have the confidence that the share price to go up and way beyond 1.532 at a later date. 40.8 million share is not a lot compared to last few days trading volume. Why QTV didn't sell at below 1 cent to GEM but at a wide 34% premium to last done price? QTV must have the confidence too that they will not let GEM get it for a song. If GEM is looking at a 20% profit margin on their 1.532 investment per share, then we are looking at around 2 centa share. Or if GEM is accumulating for potential growth, then the story with be different. The successful sale of the 2 to 3 product lines is pivotal to QTV to see their share price recover faster.it was mentioned on 4 Sept within weeks, so expecting some news out soon. I may be wrong in my analysis, so please DYODD. Vested at average price of well below 1 cent

Sheerluck also pointed out the bondholders which he is correct. If more shares are issued to the bondholders then definitely selling pressure will come in. So look out if new shares are issued. As for GEM, selling is already probably completed by the time new shares are issued. So you won't know the timing.

BTW what is the value of the asset and what other immediate products does QT have to sell once the sale to medtronics is complete? i mean where will the future revenue come from?
