x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Assuming share price to be 1.8 cents. Right issues priced at 1.4 cents. Each share give one 1 right. So if current share price is 1.8 cents, upon XR, the share price will be adjusted to  (1.8 + 1.4 cents divided by  2) = 1.6 cents (XR theoritcal share price). A) Assuming u subscribe the rights. Let say u have 1000 shares as 1 lot. So capital u paid  =  $18.  So u get ur 1 right, u pay $14 to subscribe. In the end u will have 2 lots with capital layout  of $32. Share price upon XR will be adjust down to 1.6 cents. So ur 2 lots is worth 1.6 x 2 cents = $32, same as ur capital. B) Assuming u sell ur right. Right should be trading at 2 cents since theoritcal share price of mother is 1.6 cents. So ur capital  after selling ur rights will be 2 cent  + 1.6 cent (mother share) = 1.8 cents = $18, same as ur capital. If u buy at 1.8 cents, u only break even whether u subscribe or u sell ur rights. If u buy higher than 1.8 cents, u will lose $$$.. why do u say u earning 5 pips profits when u bought at 1.9 to 2.6 cents?
