x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Looking to hoot more on dips....esp with its 12c dividend and chance to see a price surge when a firm offer is submitted btw now is in the month of April. At this price the chance of price tanking is less....should continue to see this trading in a tight range with little volume. Comparing this with other property stocks.....this and GLP are the first to run due to takeover news but lately most of the rest have caught up in term %age of price increases but this and GLP are trading in a tight range with prices going nowhere. So if in case that the deal fell thru....the risk of seeing the share price tanking to the pre-takeover news level is highly unlikely but may likely see a 10-15% knee jerk reaction at most. On the other hand if an offer came thru....may see a 20-30% or more price surge. DYODD
