AGM & EGM on 31st October. We minorities shareholders should come together in order to decide if we should vote for OR against the resolutions. The key directors of the company have decided to abstain from voting with regards to the disposal of the recycling business unit. However the directors did not do the same with the proposed share consolidation. I suggest shareholders to PM me your mobile number to start a WhatApps group. Thank you. |

Govt sd relook at this e-waste recycling business, support & develop this. Although it is not sexy and not highly skilled (cd be wrong here), it has a very conducive environment to recycle this safely and profitably. Once it can be done, you can sell and export the know-how to other developed countries. This can be Singapore' s only unnatural resources. There will be competitive advantage because no one wants to do this

Revenues are limited by space. Industrial space is relatively expensive in Sg and US. They need huge area to salvage the raw materials from the ewaste and hence their earnings will be squeezed.

I attended the AGM today. I doubt this company has potential growth unless they diversify. Their revenues and earnings are limited.

Metech Intl for Financial Year ended 30th June 2017 Just doing some calculations based on the report (Do read at your own risk) Total Liquid Asset: $22,560,000 [Comprises Cash, Cash equivalents, Receivables) Total Equity: $10,658,000 (Total Assets minus Total Liabilities) Total Share Units: 4,218,558,000 EPS:$0.00021 Liquid Asset per share: $0.0053 Equity per share: $ 0.0025 Current share price: $0.003 Price to Book: 1.19 I feel that based on the financial results and the number calculated above, the current share price is fairly priced. |
